This link leads to a questionnaire I have created in order to find out the opinions that people have towards the final cut of my music video, this link has been sent out along with a link to my music video over my personal Facebook and Twitter pages in order to reach as many people as possible. This questionnaire is an important part of my question 3 response as it's results will allow me to discover whether my music video has been successful with it's audience.
